At Teach East we believe in giving you the best chance to show who you are and why you are going to be a great teacher; we believe in identifying and supporting potential.

Once you've applied we will review your application and if we think you've got the potential to teach we will invite you to face-to-face formal interview at our training base at Four Cs MAT Head Office at Arthur Mellows Village College in Glinton; you will meet some of the team, deliver a short presentation, give your views on a piece of key research and receive feedback on your teaching video, as well as answering some formal questions and checking your existing English and Maths skills.

Throughout the process we look to support, advise and nurture you to give you the best possible chance to show us who you are and why you will be a great teacher!
